I loved the staff, Julia, Adriana and Aurora were very nice and attentive they also spoke English. Three more things that made me write this review is: The hallways are spooky you have to step into the hallway to get the light to turn on and the walls are painted in dark grey. 「This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.」

「Un albergo ad ore: sporco , distante dal dentro in una zona depressa senza nulla intorno. Con TV che dava solo film porno. Servizio taxi inesistente : ho provato a chiamare radio taxi ma non sono riuscita a prenotare ( credo perché lontano dal centro ) 」
