Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. 「Ferry (Han's friend/helper) was so kind and welcoming. He helped us carry our bags into the boat and oriented us to living on the boat. He even put some drinks in the fridge to welcome us.
