Nice located in the centre. I was upgraded to a suite, which of course was nice. However, the room was quite worn out and the jacuzzi had rotten water inside the tubes/pumps. Breakfast is fare from as good as they are claiming.

The ‘usual’ hotels.com room, not the best room, just next to the elevator on the 1. Floor, out of 5 floors. But the restaurant was nice staffed.

Friendly, nice and overall welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately, not helped by outdated rooms- some pretty awful- at first appearance. Mattress toppers and pillows are extremely soft. Not comfortable for most in our group. No option for different firm pillows either. Towels all fraying and old. Desperately needs an update to help the staff do their job. Management needs to invest back into this place.

Central. Waterfront. Close to everything. Good running along the waterside. V Danish! V lovely. Only one night but will definitely go back to Aalborg. Safe, lively pub culture but quiet in hotel. Good shopping. Sallings roof cafe lovely. Magazine offer 10% discount at checkout when you show your passport. Winner winner.

There was no in-room temperature control, just a fan. The pillows were extremely flat- two provided for the queen bed for a two person booking. Thin floors- could hear a lot of activity above us in hallways.

Check in was a bit faster than usual, actually sub 5 minutes. Shower is lacking pressure and the shower curtain is a really good 80-reference. Spacious enough room and the bed is very soft.
