"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. "My only complaint was that the parking is not very accessible by vehicle. One must unload at the hotel and then travel quite a distance by vehicle to access the parking garage. The walk back to the hotel is about 4-5 minutes. Then in the morning we walked to the parking garage then drove back about 3 km to reload the vehicle. "

"The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative.
