I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Nice large and clean room and very large bathroom was practical. Ac was incredible and with the heatwave it worked a dream.
Location was great and walking distance to all main sites.
Beautiful lobby on entrance. Rooms looked bare like they needed some pictures on the wall - made it look commercial.
We did not opt for breakfast as lots of options in Florence.
Staff were a little hit and miss- most seem to be very friendly over all but some felt like they did not want to be there - lady at concierge was lovely and attentive. I want to say a special thanks to the luggage attendant who was very welcoming and helpful I believe his name was Claudio.
