Luxury Village Home Close to Beaches and Wineries!
10/10 Excellent
"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It’s clean, well stocked, spacious, and a great location to downtown AG! I feel like the owner has taken attempts to listen to previous reviews. There has been a small dining table added into the little nook which was helpful. And I’m not sure but I think maybe the Wi-Fi has been improved. A few things have not been addressed from previous reviews such as the toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom and thin curtains in the front room with the 3 twin beds. My kids all slept very comfortably (except for maybe being woken early by sunlight), however the mattress in the primary bedroom was extremely firm. I also found the two sofas in the main room to be a little unsatisfactory and the cushions on one of them had some staining (maybe from previous pets?). My only major complaint is that I was not informed until a few days prior that the rental is a multi-use space. There is an event center on the back half. We were lucky and nothing was going on during our stay. There is also a permanent residence above the home. Every morning we could hear lots of sound coming from above. It woke my husband up each morning at around 5:30 as he is a light sleeper. Not super fun while on vacation! We did not see the person and it really was not that big of a deal, I just feel like it should be mentioned on the listing so people can decide if that’s a problem for them. Overall I’m giving 5 stars because aside from the multi-use thing, our stay was great!"
Tropical Retreat. Great for 6-8 guest. Close to beaches.

"We enjoyed our one night stay at Michele‘s home and Michele was communicative and responsive throughout. We did discover when we arrived at the house that the description of bedrooms and beds on the VRBO website was inaccurate which was disconcerting. Michele did, however, do everything she could to try to rectify the situation for our stay which proved to be adequate. The home is nicely appointed with enjoyable decor, it was very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were amply atocked. It’s close to downtown Arroyo Grande. We would recommend."
The Grand Escape | Central Location | 3 Bed 2 Bath

"I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I took 5 total ladies on a working-girls retreat, and it was fabulous! There was plenty of space for all of us, two gorgeous bathrooms, and a stunning and spacious kitchen! We hosted Katherine’s Kusine for an in-home cooking class, and the kitchen was perfect for the 6 of to cook! The beds are comfortable, and I love they had gated parking for multiple cars. The backyard was stunning and so spacious! We didn’t use it, but I can tell it would be stunning the fall and summer! We were only 1 mile from the downtown AG, and we walked it easily one evening after dinner. Every little detail was perfect and everything is brand new! Loved it- definitely an amazing time! "
"My bridal party and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend getaway. We were blown away by the property on the inside and outside. Beautiful, serene location. Owner really had the guests experience in mind when equipping the rental with everything needed and more! Everyone was extremely pleased and we were sad to leave. With all that said, we definitely will be back! "
