This cute updated 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need! Whether your'e on a short business trip or taking a lengthy vacation to enjoy the beautiful Twin Ports, my apartment provides the perfect location. Only blocks away from restaurants and bars on the famous Tower Avenue and less than 10 minutes from Canal Park in Duluth. Pattison Park and Amnicon Falls are also only a short drive away!

My space provides practically everything you need to cook a full meal for the family or simply enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee. Large living and dining area with your own wifi and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms.

Other than the apartment, guests will have access to the gazebo area in the yard.

We both manage the property and live only a few minutes away if you ever need anything!

You will love this quiet neighborhood on the North end of Superior. The Spirit Room (cocktails and tapas) is only steps away in the back yard! You will only be a few blocks from the Blatnik Bridge which connects Duluth to Superior which makes it very easy to get around the area. Visit one of the many restaurants in the area or even get food delivered from Golden Inn Chinese or VIP Pizza on Tower Ave.

There is a bus stop on the corner of the block which will take you to Duluth and around Superior. Tower ave is about 4 blocks and is within walking distance. Anything else you will want to drive or even take an Uber/Lift. This area has virtually no rush hour traffic.

Perfect Duluth getaway

Very good place to stay .

Very clean, beautifull inside and it's quiet. They have .most of the necessities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom that we needed. The cleaning lady was very approachable. Easy to find, they have a big sign on their building.

This rental was perfect for us. We really only slept at the apartment because we attended the Superior hiking trail race on the north shore. The location was convenient and more amenities than most. Would absolutely recommend.

What a beautiful place! So quiet & very relaxing. I was visiting my daughter (22) who goes to school in Duluth. Just a short drive to Canal Park & Lincoln Park. We will book with you again!

Quiet neighborhood next to railroad track

Luckily didn't hear the train during the night. Great place to drop for the night. Tiny bathroom and door latch is on backwards. Bright and clean little apartment perfect for an overnight stay. Thx for the awesome communication, Madison!

I appreciated the location, ease of street parking, ease of the check-in process, the responsiveness of the hosts and the quiet neighborhood. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit as the bed linens were stained, many of the dishes were dirty and there was garbage in the garbage can. The price was reasonable. It would be a good option for those needing an inexpensive place to stay.

Quiet historic stay

First off, this is a historic property so it's not huge and the walls show their age. That being said, it was a comfortable space with plenty of room for a small family plus the kitchen and dining facilities we most appreciate about VRBO vs hotels. I did not know ahead of time that this was a walk up so do be aware of that. The owners were very nice and readily available, which helped make it a pleasant stay. The property was quite conveniently located just over the bridge from Duluth which gave us a quiet place to avoid the busy-ness but was close to most everything we needed.

Over 70 and enjoying life

We came to Duluth to bottle some wine and decided to make it a two day affair. So we booked one of the Cummings apartments through VRBO and loved our stay. We went out for dinner,, played games, had snacks and we’re going to have a glass of wine . But to our dismay, there was no corkscrew in the kitchen.😞 but everything else was nice.
