「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The place is nice, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thank-you to Manal from housekeeping. She kept our room very clean and was so kind, professional, and thoughtful. Her care and warm personality made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated her efforts. The pool could also have been cleaner, and the water was very cold. Adding a heating option during cooler weather would make it more comfortable...

「I didn't like it.. I was trying to cancel 1 day of 2 .. he said I had to do it via Expedia.. and I couldn't access to cancel or edis .. for the 1st time in my life to」
