"It was great! I was worried with the mixed reviews on Google but when we got there it was clean! The elevator I chose to avoid due personal fear but my partner said it was probably for the best! The room was spacious for a motel! I travel a lot so it was nice to have the extra leg room. Another thing I can add is we didn't experience the mold smell others had reported. I loved the fact we were next to a Kroger and across from the beach. Breakfast was busy this morning but it was hot! The bed was super comfortable! When we come back to Galveston we plan to stay here again!"

"I picked the hotel because it said free extended parking. We got there to check in and were charged $10 a night. $50 for the 5 nights. It was too late to try to switch. Very disappointing. "

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way to be helpful. Would not stay here again. "
