"Despite yelling "Do not come in" multiple times and putting a sign on the door, staff still attempted to walk in while me and my wife were getting dressed. The bathroom wall had holes in it where a towel rack had been ripped off. The keycards had to be set 3 times before they would work. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the beach view."

"This was a last-minute hotel stay because I had issues with another hotel in Galveston. The property was so quiet. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was in the perfect area for our competition that we were in town for."

"This property falsely advertises a restaurant being present on the property. If you look under property amenities it says “restaurant” and that’s completely false. Also, the property listed a hot tub but the “hot tub” isn’t “hot” it’s actually not heated and matched the temperature of the actual pool. I also found hair in the drawers in the bathroom and dirt left in the bottom of the shower. When we arrived and attempt to check in for our stay they only had one lady behind the counter to check everyone in and the process was slow and the staff member was rude and did not look like she enjoyed her job. I do not recommend booking with this company. "
