"Soooo this property is under construction and it is mass chaos. One person is working the lobby with construction crews, tools, all sorts of things are also going on. I went down for towels and wash clothes and waited probably 15-20 minutes. When someone finally came down to get them, the guy told me someone else would be taking care of that and walked away. It was odd. Our first night there at 10:30, there were people banging on our door twice. I alerted guest services and she said she would walk the hall. Not convinced that happened. Then, a few minutes later the fire alarm was going off. It was an exhausting night. The phones in room didn’t work, one light switch was practically coming off the wall. The mattress was dirty but did have a mattress cover. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and everything was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. One of my favorite parts was the pool area, it’s beautiful and such a relaxing spot to spend time. The atmosphere is perfect whether you want to lounge in the sun or take a refreshing swim. The drinks were also fantastic, delicious, well-made, and a great complement to the overall experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to relax and enjoy their time. "

"Great hotel, was there for a short stay. The hot water didn't work the day I left, but it seemed by their service if I was staying they would have addressed quickly."

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, location was great. Breakfast was standard just eggs, biscuits, diced potatoes, sausages, cereal, milk coffee, juice. "

"Breakfast was good. Rooms are standard. The staff when we checked in wasn’t too nice. The property wasn’t really AT the Seawall blvd. It’s quite a walk to the beach. "

"March 2026, Rm. 556: For the target audience (cruise groups and spring breakers) of this hotel, I have no complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and we had an excellent location on the boardwalk. My only things to note are: 1. The road noise is pretty loud inside the room. 2. The rooms are on the smaller side, but again this is fine for the target audience. 3. The A/C swung wildly in it's effort to cool the room. Basically, at night we turned it down to 66 to keep it from going above 70. 4. There are only two elevators, so it can get pretty slow, especially during breakfast time. Overall, I would stay here again given the price, location, and view. "
