「The grounds and general location were beautiful, we checked in via lock box which was simple and efficient. We made use of the free electric charging which was unheard of and brilliant (partially because it worked so many don’t). The room was spacious and I found the bed comfy although my partner thought it was a little lumpy. The bathroom was huge!! Great toiletries, shower pressure was spot on. Having air con when it was 28 degrees was brilliant and made it possible to sleep comfortably...

「Easy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic ! Cobwebs in the bathroom as well Breakfast was ok We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked out」
