「Hello, The stay was blissful. Access to Ganga was just a stone throw away, mindful of 250 steps trek that is involved. Furthermore, the staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Took care of our every necessity. Trainee, Ayush and staff member, Saif, Tarun and all were charmingly alert and kept a tab on our requirements with a smile. Food was yummy and comforting in a way. Most definitely recommended. 」

「Service was absolutely fantastic. But it’s partly because they have cheap “interns” doing the rounds. The room was very comfortable, but 1. The entrance light was not working, 2 the shower door gasket is very old and shrivelled, so the water leaks out. The restaurant food is good to very good, but prices are way out of line. Same with liquor. The morning breakfast buffet is “free” and there is good variety and choices. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests. The...

「What a horrible experience. I booked an extra room thinking the hotel would be nice. The location was bad, toilet was broken which they didn’t fix, no hot water, the reception didn’t even respond to the request, and the room was dirty. 」
