「とても素敵なホテルでした！！ まだ新しいホテルなので、設備は非常に新しく、とってもきれいでした。 スタッフの方々も総じてフレンドリーで笑顔で接してくださり、とても好印象でした。 基本はオールインクルーシブですが、一部別料金メニューもあるので要注意です。 朝食メニューも豊富で、ロケーションも素晴らしく、大満足でした！ また是非訪れたいホテルです。 ビーチやレストランの景観も非常に美しく、最高でした！ 唯一マイナス点を挙げるならば、夜にルームサービスの相談をし、スタッフが部屋まで来てくれることになったものの、待てども待てども誰も訪れて来るることはなかった点です。」

「シャワーの水量が物足りない。 朝食ブッフェは美味しいが、夕食のイタリアンレストラン(レストランは計3つあり)のクオリティが低すぎる。 それ以外は大満足です。」

「Staffs were very friendly and we stayed very comfortably. Thank you very much. On the other hand, we had to reserve some restaurants for dinner and they were almost full every day. It was very difficult to reserve them. We hope to improve this situation.」

「Amazing hotel and staff! My every need was met and there was always a staff member close by who was willing to help. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready, they took our bags from us and allowed us to get ready in the change rooms. We went to our excursion and came back to find our luggage in our rooms! They even offered late check out for us! Ahmed is the best bartender ever! Made the best drinks and always had a smile on his face! Too many amazing staff to call out. I will miss Lux...

「The place exudes luxury everywhere! Absolutely loved the moon shower experience with no fear of being exposed as the villa is all engulfed in a vegetation facade! The room itself is carefully laid out in a very thoughtful way with an air con system that flows through the bed for a slumber I didn’t want to get out of! The bedding was exquisite! It has a very spacious balcony with a hammock and some chairs. I got to be transported for meals in a buggey! I felt like royalty! I didn’t want to...
