Went with my wife to Mahali Mzuri to celebrate our honeymoon. From the very beginning everything was wonderful. Hotel staff (special mention to Dixon, Anna and Bob) always made sure everything was perfect. The facilities and rooms of the hotel are unbelievable, same as the location where we were able to see lions, giraffes, zebras from our room! Thank you!

We spent a week in the Masai Mara. The Serena lodge is the heart of the Masai Mara conservancy which is the best kept part of the entire area. The roads are better, the animals are protected and it is the perfect destination for game drives. Good hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately as we checked out and reached the jeep to take us to the airport (extra $45 pp) the receptionist came running claiming EXTRA payment of $75 pp per game drive. The food was delicious, especially the soups, with great vegetarian options and very accommodating to food allergies. The tent is pristine with free laundry services and lovely...

Fantastic service, the staff was great and our guide spectacular!
