"Jiva Hoa Lu was an excellent choice for us to enjoy a few days in Ninh Binh. Firstly, the location is very close to the center of Tom Coc, where there is access to the river boat tours, restaurants and simple shopping. A hotel electric golf cart can drop you off and pick you up via a request on their app. Upon arrival into the Indochine inspired reception area, friendly and helpful staff greet you and take care of luggage. The grounds are set amongst a backdrop of the limestone mountains and create a private space for the resort. The pool is massive and offers cocktails and the main menu. The rooms are spotless with a comfortable firm bed and crisp sheets for a good rest. Each room has its own wireless access to power devices and TV apps. "Infinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores. "
