「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「23時くらいの到着．入館時のセキュリティが厳重で，スーツケース，バックのX線透過検査があった．担当の警備員は親切で紳士的であった．館内はやや古さを感じるものの，落ち着いた雰囲気で，部屋内も清潔．ウエルカムフルーツ（リンゴとバナナ）があったのはうれしかった．アメニティはやや古典的であったものの感じはよかった．朝食はビュッフェ形式だが食べ物は多様で豊富，スタッフは気が利く． ただ，値段に対して十分な価値があるかというと，若干疑問で，ちょっと高すぎるような気がした．セキュリティの厳重さを考えると仕方がないのかな？」

「今回はパキスタンへの出張の際に宿泊しました。街の中心部から遠いのが食事などでは不便でしたが、部屋は快適でした。隣に結婚式場のような施設があるため、週末などは音楽などでうるさく感じる時がありました。」

「The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful. There is a supermarket next to the hotel 」

「Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid. The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting. The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close...
