Amazing stay, wish I had been there longer. Incredible views of the city and easy walkability. Staff was incredible and arranged ride transfers and luggage service for us. If you have never been to Positano there are a LOT of stairs so a taxi will not be able to drop you off at the front door- I would recommend either using a travel backpack for your luggage (as I did) or taking advantage of a luggage porter service (as I had to do for my wife haha). We were so impressed with our room and the staff. I do want to say that it is on the 3rd floor and they do not have an elevator. The staff will carry your bags up and down for you, but there are a lot of steps to go up (68). I would say if you can't do steps it would be a problem.
