「amazing property. friendly staff. unmatched location」

「Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. 」

「Excellent in all aspects. Staff is really humble and hospitality is above expectations. Food is so delicious 」

「Very good stay staff very helpful very clean 」

「Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.」
