Great staff, clean rooms, convenient place to stay

We loved everything about this hotel, Even the restaurant had a spectacular set menu the location cannot be beat and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous

room has everything you need! perfect location.

Comfortable room and king size bed, excellent bedding, comfy mattress, only wish was for larger pillows. Good ac, very quiet room. Coffee and tea in room, great service from staff. Absolutely fabulous buffet breakfast and very short walk to omicho market. Will stay here again!

Incredibly unique and clean hotel with excellent service! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best bang for your buck hotel in term of facilities and amenities! The club lounge option is worth the extra money since the breakfast and club lunge offer premium food and drinks. The breakfast option is the best I seen in terms of Asian & western selections.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

Older property, but great service from the staff and the happy hour hospitality is a wonderful way to end a long day!

Great location, wonderful staff, .

All good.

Absolutely spotless and conveniently located right next to train station.

The multi-course Japanese breakfast in a private room was a treat. The staff was very responsive and helpful despite not speaking much English. We had to make quite a few changes and they were quite...

Excellent breakfast

Nice but expensive resort. Would stay again while in Toyama
