「It was very nice staying because beautiful view front of the room. it's a little shame it was only few kind of menus for breakfast. 」

「We stayed here to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. Our second time staying at The Rarotongan Beach Resort and Lagoonarium. Absolutely impressed with the full buffet breakfast, this is a complete upgrade from when we last stayed. The staff from front desk, the bar, dining and service staff were so accommodating and friendly. We honestly didn't want to leave. The free wifi was also a bonus. The location is just spectacular and my family thought so too! Hopefully the rooms will be updated...

「アクアヴィラに宿泊しました。ビーチの目の前で部屋の場所は最高でした。そこは文句なしです。現地ポリネシア系のスタッフの感じはすごく良かったです。マリン系グッズの貸し出しスタッフの笑顔でのサービスは気持ち良かったです。しかし、しかし、ハウスキーピングと一部の白人スタッフのサービスレベルに問題あり。ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補給がされなかったり、なんかタオルが臭いときがあったり。また、バーの白人スタッフの態度は最悪で恐らくアジア系は差別してると思いますね。せっかくの素敵なホテルなのに、これらいくつかの点が残念だったので、次回来るときは別のホテルにすると思います。」

「部屋:1階ビーチ沿い（ウォーターフロント）に宿泊。ほかの部屋より高いですが、ビーチに直結（部屋の目の前がビーチ！）で大満足。 立地:24時間営業のコンビニ、火水木日に開かれるナイトマーケットまで7.8分の好立地。 ビーチ:飲み物や軽食を頼むことができます。パドルボートやカヌーボート、シュノーケルグッズ等も無料でレンタルでき便利。 フロント/ギフトショップ:24時間対応しており便利。 スパ:フェイシャル45分のメニューを実施。メニューも豊富で、雨の日にオススメ。」

「The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bar had many choices. We didn't do any laundry. The room was clean and spacious with all the requirements we needed. WiFi comes and goes but that didn't concern us. 」

「The resort is wonderful - from the location, to the gardens and all the amenities (we loved our private dip pool and the restaurant. You must try the seafood pasta). The best part was the staff. They were all so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!」
