"Front desk staff was not nice, and don't like to help.. Beds were horrible they don't have luggage carts in their parking garage we had to go back an fourth Only reason we stayed was because it was right next to the convention"

"The location was great close to restaurants and arenas. The hotel was decent rooms were spacious. But the housekeeping service needs to improve they came to clean the room and did not received clean towels."

"The property was amazing, the parking was ridiculously expensive but the free EV charging helped make it a bit more worth it. The room was beautiful and clean."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great for site seeing. The food at the bar in the lobby was delicious and convenient for us. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to be in Hollywood."
