"Rooms were very clean and fairly spacious. We didn’t have breakfast included but the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a great location, close to public transport which was very easy to use. "

"Great location , clean,attentive staff. Was upgraded to newly renovated room. Nothing like the photos of the room I booked . No storage,no desk, serviced every 3 days. No arm chair ,bed was very firm and uncomfortable,fridge was shoved into a small wooden cupboard with no ventilation did not get cold. In general it was a disappointment. All show and not practical ,single night stay ok. Extended not practical at all. Sorry guys it was a fail!!"

"Aircon faulty, room no phone nor fridge (common share), corridoor hot n stuffy, recept slow, understaffed and so-so service, tv useless as need to cast everything fr hp, room very small, instructions to bring pet on Expedia app different than when check in, Expedia app put Apartment Hotel but actually Serviced Apartment, not daily housekeeping and unclear what room services available daily, many inconveniences. Not worth the money. Good is room very clean, like the rooftop garden (herbs) and grass hangout area, have filtered water, can bring pets and have cute pouch of pet amenities. :) "
