「I liked the brickwork and the elevators were quick to access. Desk clerks were kind and efficient. I did notice that the cold air return in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it. 」

「The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The only problem was I had to dispute a charge on my checking account. I tried to resolve it with the manager, but I received two different answers for the charge. At first I was told I had two different charges for incidental, one for $100 and one for $174 and that it would come off my account. I immediately thought this was strange to have have to different incidental charges for a one night stay. Then when the charges went...

Manager was very responsive and the little welcoming touches were a nice surprise. Neighborhood is quiet and a great spot to use as a home base. We hope to stay here again next year.」
