「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good...

「全般的に非常に良いホテルでした。部屋は非常にきれいで、アメニティの香りも良かった。しかし、残念だったのは、７時から朝食ができるとフロントは言っていたが、実際は、7時40分以降。非常に残念、これがインドクオリティー（従業員）なのだろうか？」

「Air conditioning was no good 😭 I requested them for heating but they brought small heaters which was almost broke…towels also not clean ..we stayed three days ..but with same bed sheets which was from the beginning…」

「It’s a new property that is very fresh and clean to stay with. It’s got all good amenities including AC, hot water, good content on TV, clean and comfortable linen. It’s only 15 mins walk from Har ki Pauri. The staff is very friendly and we’re accommodating with dietary needs of kids. They could do a bit better on breakfast experience but the staff tried to help when any additional request was made.」

「口コミ評価も良かったので滞在前から期待していましたが、期待以上で感動しました！部屋は清潔でロケーションは抜群、雰囲気も良く食事も美味しい、サービスも最高でした。特に、スタッフの皆様の温かい心遣いが印象的で、思い出に残る滞在となりました。ホテル併設のエステもおすすめです。滞在する際は、食事付きのプランを選ぶことをお勧めします！夕方と朝のヨガもリフレッシュできて良かったです。また滞在したいお気に入りのホテルになりました。１つ言うと、リシュケシュ内の別のホテルから歩いてきたのですがGoogleマップ上にある場所とホテルの位置がずれていてホテル付近で1時間近く迷ってしまいました。タクシー等で向かうと良いです。」

「駅から徒歩約30分位、バザールの中にあります。看板は出ていないので、初めて行く方はわかりづらいと思います。 到着時、ウェルカムドリンク&トゥルシーマーラー(数珠)をいただきました。 無料アクティビティ(イブニングティ、アルティへのエスコート、占星術、楽器演奏、ホテル内ガートでのアルティ)があり、ほとんど参加しました。特に、アルティのエスコートがよかったです。ガイドさんのおかげで特等席で見ることができました。 食事は朝食のみ利用しました。色々な種類を食べることができ、ドーサを作ってくれました。 一つ残念だったのは、ホットシャワーが出なかったことです。 値段は高いですが、ハリキパイリーにも近く、スタッフの感じもよく、また機会があれば利用したいです。」
