「I stayed 3 nights actually. The hotel quite new and good maintenance. Very clean and Nice Spa also. but I could'nt Very much the breakfast because we didn't have a lots of choice. but I can say Nice hotel for family and couples.」

「We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

「Buen hotel, que ha sido recientemente renovado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con buena señal WiFi pero les faltan muebles. Dispone de parking privado. El desayuno es pobre y malillo. El zumo que ofrecen es de muy baja calidad. Dispone de piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable.」

「浴槽があったので、お湯をはり入浴。お湯を抜こうと栓を開けると、お湯が抜けず便器の前の排水口から溢れてきて、バスルームは水浸しに。フロントに電話しようにも説明書類はブルガリア語のみ、やむなく外線で電話した。部屋を変えるというが、夜も遅いし明日修理ということで、応急に敷くタオルを持って来させたが、そなタオルに髪の毛が残っていた。周りに何も無く街まで車で20分かかる。夕食をリゾート内のレストランで済ませたが、チップを要求された。ブルガリアではチップの習慣は無いはずなのに。翌日、排水の修理ができず部屋を変わることに。前夜の不便に対する補償を求めると、ランクアップした部屋に変えたので、それだけ。と言われる。しょうがないが、図体だけゴージャスで中身が伴っていない気がした。」
