"My room was clean and well-kept. Comfortable bed and excellent walk-in shower. Ample buffet breakfast is available for 17 Euros. The front-desk staff is helpful and friendly, and they speak English. The hotel location is convenient, just a 12-minute walk from the train station in Fulda. When a taxi is needed, the front desk makes a call and the cab appears in a few minutes."

"I stayed here on business for one night. Safe under-cover garage parking, a good choice of food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. Room rate includes access to the Bad Orb swimming pools and also the FKK Sauna area directly connected to the Hotel. Breakfast was great with cold meats and also a range of hot foods both buffet style. "

Two wonderful waitresses from Thailand and Zambia were very nice and friendly. The guy at the reception in the evening during checkin was typical grumpy but spoke English. "A pleasure to stay right in the middle of town near the concerts and the town and gardens! Breakfast was lovely each morning with pleasant staff. Some front staff, “patrick”? Not sure of first name Was especially helpful with securing taxis etc. "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."
