「Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor. We didn't get any new towels nor did...

「We were super disappointed with this resort.
Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out.
It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....

「This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well.
My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. Well stocked kitchen with adequate dishes and cookware for family.
AC and fans were great quality.
