Points of attention: Parking garage has very small roads and is cramped. There is an elevator, but the hotel can only be entered by stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs etc. "

"Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again."

"The location was excellent for an easy walk into old Segova..i came before peak tourism so the outdoor pool was not yet open..not a problem..staff was extremely friendly and helpful..breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again if ever back to Segovia!"
