「The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. 」

「Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay...

「6月に3泊利用。 第1印象は、とにかく海風が強い。季節によって風向きが変わるのかは不明だが、私が行った6月は、ムリビーチや もう少し北西のビーチの方が、風が穏やかだった。 ビーチは小さく、石が多い。隣のBeach Resortホテルのビーチの方が泳ぐには快適。 フロントはこじんまり。スタッフは気さくで優しい。フロントの横に数席のバーと その奥にレストラン。夕食を利用するなら予約は必須。なるべくフロント側の席をリクエストした方が良いかも。海側の席は強風だった。 朝食は品数が少ないし、あまり美味しくない。電気ポットは部屋にあるので、インスタント系を持参した方が無難。 公共バスや空港行きのバスや各種ツアーバスは、隣のBeach Resortホテルの目の前から乗れる。明るい所で座って待てるのは安全で良かった。空港までは予約して30ドルだった。 そういえば、予約時にメールで送られてきた予約確認書に、何故か「ボトルワイン無料」と書かれてあった。 当日、ボトルワインは貰えず、ホテルのスタッフに指摘もしなかった。ホテルズドットコムの表記ミスなのかどうかは不明。」

Jo and Rick go above and beyond to ensure the grounds are clean and well-maintained, the villas were designed with tourists in mind and have everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bed is beyond comfortable and the Villa offers a relaxed, secluded, and home away from home vibe. The location is great with a bakery opposite and restaurants within walking distance, everything else is a short drive or bus ride if you feel the need...

「Rachel and Bob, caretakers and cleaner are great, friendly and do an awesome job. Noises from other units till 3am is not acceptable even after this was addressed with the manager. The toilets and washing machine need immediate attention and mantinence. This was also addressed with management with not a positive outcome. Smelly toilet leaking on the floor and a towel was wrapped around the base of it. Not ideal」
