We are a family of 5 and this accommodation suited us perfectly. Geat amount of space in the appartment, clean and tidy. Awesome location with just meters from the absolutely stunning beach. Would highly reccommend this place!!!

The rooms were clean and you supplied us with those small things you tend to forget e.g. torch, spray, breakfast items. Hearing the ocean from our window was magical.. The whole complex is compact and private. Loved, loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed there for the entire holiday as the next motel was so disappointing.

The rooms were clean, and the apartment setup was excellent. The pool was an absolute lifesaver in the Rarotonga heat, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We were unaware that air conditioning comes at an additional cost. The owner later informed us that this is stated on the Coral Sands website, but we must have missed it. This was unexpected, as we have not encountered extra charges for air conditioning at any other Pacific island hotel we’ve stayed at. During the trip, I became unwell due to mosquito bites, which made managing the heat even more crucial, so having air conditioning became essential. If you’re considering Coral Sands, it’s worth factoring in the extra charge for air conditioning, especially during the warmer months or if you have health needs that require a cooler environment. Aside from that, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Everything in the kitchen is in good condition and well thought out. The knives are even sharp. The hosts communicate everything about the property and now have internet included. The Pool is great for the family and having the beach so close is great for small kids.

The property is beautiful. Owners were very friendly. Cleaning was excellent. Definitely needs new mattress. The room I stay when we sleep we both roll in middle as Mattress was loose. Wake up every morning with bad back. I book room for 5 days so I expected at least the tea coffee enough for five days for two of us. Was enough for two days . Owner was very generous and he even left a loaf of bread for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if I make another trip than will return to this apartment. The price I paid for my stay was definitely worth it. Location is excellent and views to.

I highly recommend the Coral Sands Apartments. With just a 30 sec walk to the beautiful beach where you can swim, kayak or snorkel. Or the pool right outside your apartment for those who want a more secure option. Friendly and extremely helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful safe. Brent and Eve are super super lovely. Loved having my name on the door as we entered too. I will definitely be coming back soon

It was perfect my son and I had our own individual apartment which suited sustainable living with a lovely salted pool to swim in all day & nigh & our own beach access was very nice the currents are a bit strong but we enjoyed that and sunbathed on the sand if you like. independent living where you can be quiet without all the crowds of people, the coral sands is the perfect place to stay there is just enough people that you felt like it was a small family community not the big hustle and bustle of over crowded hotels. Brent & eve are wonderful people with very helpful staff 👍

We had a great stay at Coral Sands. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - pool, clean rooms, laundry facilities, bbq and it’s at the footstep of the ocean. The location is great too - close to the town and many good eateries are within walking distance. It was lovely to see other families staying and enjoying themselves. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as were Brent and Eve (the owners). Thanks for a great holiday!

This property sadly has little going for it, apart from its staff who communicate well when they are there. It is tired, and overpriced 23 star at a push, sadly it has little going for it.

The good part is the property was clean and the areas around and the pool was handy. The service people were very helpful and friendly. The owner does not live onsite but there are cameras everywhere outside. We spent 3 wks there. My biggest complaint is the beds were hard as. 3wks is a long time to sleep on a hard bed. The double bed couch is NOT suitable for 2 adults. I would honestly say that is for 1 adult or 2 children. However that couch bed is also hard and you could feel the springs. We did communicate this but the solution we got was not suitable either. Also just a tip it would be great if you could explain to your customers that they need to book an extra night if they are arriving at 1.35am on jetstar. Yes its on the website but in the excitement of going on holiday it could be missed. This is basic customer service, its called looking after the customer. If i could have got my money back i would have moved. To be honest we will never stay there again.
