"Property staff Michael & Joyce was amazing. Service was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night which was outstanding. The only issues we had was that we booked breakfast included rate only to be told by the hotel that our booking does not include breakfast. We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....

"Lovely deluxe tent with a spectacular view. No luck tho and staff was unseen for the entire stay. Pool was very dirty and restaurant was close. The tent was great tho and we loved the area."

"When we arrived we had food in the sister lodge next door 2 mins walk away but it was stunning. Braai buffet style. Then had dinner and breakfast as Muluwa on our last night as it was reopened with new management. Absolutely perfect. Cannot fault it. We paid for a couple of the excursions. The sunset picnic was lovely. Whole day game drive was SO worth it with our lovely guide Liza. And massages were so good. This place really felt like a relaxing perfect start to our trip in SA. "This hotel is in a lovely area close to a mall in walking distance. The staff are wonderful and the swimming pool is fabulous."

"The game lodge provides a great lion, cheetah and elephant experience as these are easier for the rangers to find due to telemetry. Leopard and Rhino can be fairly elusive and you can very likely leave not experiencing the big 5 as was the case in my instance. The accommodation is very clean however not as modern as expected. Staff are fairly friendly and accommodating. The lodge is fairly well situated to get to the Kruger National Park as well as, God's Window and Potholes. "

"This property deserves 10 stars. So romantic and beautiful. The staff is excellent and ready to accommodate to your every need. Views were amazing, room was spacious and clean, food was delicious and staff was extremely nice! Less than an hour from Phabeni gate entering into Kruger park. Couldn't ask for more!"
