"5 stars beautiful new hotel comfortable bed excellent pillow and bedding super comfy, super modern excellent TV. Excellent views. Front desk was accommodating got us a room immediately excellent! Great customer service. The area was commercial and was safe . Unfortunately Seattle is just not a safe area anymore but they did have police on premises and the hotel was very safe. The best hotel in Seattle!"

"After initially getting a call from the front desk informing me that they were not going to honor my Expedia reservation because the overbooked the hotel and me expressing my discontent with their decision, management made it all good. "We visited Santa Monica for our son's graduation @USC. Service was excellent and the room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was bit small but we did not mind at all, the shower stall was spacious. The Penthouse restaurant served excellent food, we ate there thrice and enjoyed each time. Valet parking is $55 a night, typical in the area and we expected that. The hotel room is high tech with a in-room iPad that is convenient to look up amenities. The mini-bar is very well-stocked,...

"We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki for my babymoon and we loved every moment of it. The hotel is near the Royal Hawaiian Center, walking distance to many shops, luxury shops, and the International Market place. Staff were great. We were given reusable pouches for water, friendly for the environment. I loved the bidet. We booked 1 king bed with partial ocean views and got upgraded to a corner room with partial ocean views that had 1 king bed and a full bed. Hotel is nice and clean. "
