"Was a great place to stay! Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi. We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger. Had good AC, but the drain was a bit clogged after showers, but eventually cleared."

"Hotel was very nice. I did not like we had to pay a little extra to check in a couple hours early. This is just something that’s very different than America. The room was clean. The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Location was amazing. Very walkable to the train station overall, I enjoyed it. "

"Perfect spot in Venice. You can easily access the taxi boat through their own pier and conveniently travel by boat with a nearby stop. Additionally, it is not overcrowded and only a 10-minute distance from all important areas. Love it."

"I can't really give an accurate rating, since we basically checked in and slept until our shuttle to the airport. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. The hotel serves snacks and breakfast. They have a 15 euro shuttle that will pick you up at the airport. You can also schedule a shuttle to the airport; ours was at 3 AM and the driver was right on time. They had a shuttle to the hotel restaurant as well. I'm not sure it would be ideal for visiting Venice. It's not near public...

"This was a nice hotel. the restaurant food and service was excellent, but a little pricey. It is not on the main Island of Venice, but rather on Murano which makes transportation inconvenient. Upon arrival in the area, there are very few signs as to where to park or how to get to Murano. The water transportation is confusing without specific instructions which the hotel didn't provide.
