Great location. The water bus station is just 1 min away. The hotel is nicely renovated. The room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to San Marco square with easy access to vaparetto, water taxi, and tour of the basilica and palace. The mattresses and bedding should be upgraded.

The only reason I choose this location was its proximity to the designer outlet and also to venice which was only 40 mins away by car. If someone wants to save on hotel then noventa di Piave is a perfect location. It has good variety of restaurants.
