"Front desk, vallet, and the hospitality staff were awesome. The room was clean. The vallet service, specifically Quay, was very professional and efficient when bringing my car. "

"This property was on point from the time I checked in at 9:30am ( I thought I had to wait until 3) until I checked out. One of the things I like about Westin is they was there to answer any questions that I had. Wasn’t too many. Parking wasn’t that bad its definitely cheaper than other hotels I stayed at in Atlanta. You can buy your parking pass the whole time you there instead of doing it day by day. $26.88per day or 33.00 per for valet. Only bad thing was I should have told them I wanted the view of the airport not the bushes. Thank you Westin Hotel and Resort at Atlanta Airport. Oh yeah transportation to and from the Airport was smooth. Pick up and drop off was excellent."

While the original room we were given was not what we originally booked (no kitchen), they more than made up for this the following day by upgrading our room. The staff was very friendly.
