"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "This hotel was ski on and ski off -it was about 20 mins from st Anton and the drivers very windy The room was expensive and was so small we couldn’t even open our suit case. It looked like a college dorm room . The shower didn’t stay in one place and you had to hold it to use . The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was pretty . The one very flat pillow given was terrible . "
