"Was a great place to stay! Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi. We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger. Had good AC, but the drain was a bit clogged after showers, but eventually cleared."

I made several requests, such as a particular room from the photos in the website to wine and rose petals left in the room on the day of our anniversary, all of which was accommodated. "This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and the ferry, and there are countless restaurants and shops right down the street. The breakfast buffet is solid, and you can eat right on the canal. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Special shout-out to Lucrezia at the front desk, who was really helpful and might be the loveliest person in the City of Water!"
