"Great service and great food"

"This is the perfect hotel if you want a nice weekend away with your partner. Truly and unforgettable experience"

"Room was very clean and quite adequate. The staff was very helpful with booking in early and the shops only a short walking distance. All your needs. From shopping for food or just eating out and drinks if required. Also the light rail system is awesome. Cheap as well."

"Good sized rooms, liked the kitchenette, bathroom very small but that comes with building age. Neat and tidy rooms."

"Brilliant place to stay!!"

"Great property"

"Staff were so helpful Location excellent Great stay will be back "

"My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!"

"I’d put this apartment in the category of “glamourous”—a huge wrap-around terrace with immaculate if somewhat minimalist modern finishings in the unit. It is in what is likely the most livable and lively neighborhoods close to the CBD—a short tram to the harbour, blocks of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. If you prefer a neighborhood to staying right at the tourist destinations, high recommend. "

"Too expensive to put up with over 2 hour wait to check (where we were expected to walk to local cafe with 5 pieces of luggage) and was told the readon for the delay was that they needed to clean the apartment properly. Turned up again at 5pm to get in and apartment was still not ready. When we finally did get in there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and 4 dead flies on the floor on upstairs bedroom."

"９名で宿泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 立地も素晴らしく、毎朝ビーチに散歩に行きました。 観光地でありながらもローカルな雰囲気があり、とても素敵な場所でした。 またボンダイビーチを訪れる際はぜひ宿泊したいです。"

"Clean room, good access to nearby shops and supermarket"
