「Lovely stay - especially enjoyed the executive lounge and Abdullah who was attending to people in the lounge was an absolute credit to the hotel - friendly, helpful and informative. 「We came to Bristol to follow the Gromit Unleashed 3 trail. We chose this hotel because there was easy parking in the adjacent car park, which was free to hotel guests. We also chose it because it was within easy walking distance of all the places of interest in the city, as well as to buses taking us to places further out. There was food available at the hotel as well as in the shopping mall directly opposite.The room was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily...

「Overall a nice clean hotel with great leisure facilities. We also dined in at the in hotel restaurant which was nice and well priced for a family of four. Could do with more vegetarian options and a slightly wider menu option. 」

「probably the best hotel in the town, located in the heart of the city, just in front of the church, and the market, of this historical town. therefore many pub and restraunts, shops are within 100 yerds. this hotel has a nice restraunt, which is busy, with locals, suggesting it better. our room was large and clean. the bathtub made of copper is in the room, not in the rest room which has a shower space. a good mix of modern facilities and old days atomosphere.」
