「I love the property and all the amenities. I just don’t like the outlets in the room. There is only 1 115volt plug in the room. You’ll have to ask for plug adapter at the front desk. 」

「私の宿泊した部屋には、電話もエアコンもテレビもありませんでした。 電話をかけたい時は、レセプションの電話を使わせてもらいました。 不便と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そうしているとホテルスタッフと打ち解けていき、滞在中は様々な要望に応えていただく事になりました。 部屋には窓ガラスがなく、壁の多くの部分が格子になっています。風通しが良く大変快適に滞在できました。 また、網戸は設置されていないので格子から虫や小鳥が出入りし放題です。驚くこともありますが、結構楽しませてもらいました。 風光明媚なロケーションで、日本のホテルでは味わう機会がない良質な滞在ができたことに満足しています。」

「Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. 「The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive. Not only great service but truly engaged with you. 」

「A beautiful resort, with coral directly at the facility. A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving. A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent.」
