「For our room there were some stairs to go down without elevator and we needed to carry our heavy luggage. And the water pressure of the shower was a little too weak and took a lot more time to take a shower than usual.」

「I called in advance to confirm to availability to reserve taxi for airport, and the staff told its not difficult to get it so its OK to ask front when we arrive at hotel. However, i asked taxi to reserve when I arrived, the staff said its too difficult to find taxi around here. And the staff said i don't gualantee the reservation. it was very not consistent. And there was opened bottle water in fridge and used solid soap remained at shower room. It was very bad memory staying the hotel. 」
