"Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. "The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok .
