We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.

Everything was exceptional. Take the time to slow down and enjoy the spa!!! Well worth it!

Perfect location, pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast & nice hotel. Room had just enough space for 2 people with luggage but only 1, very small window...view was nice though. We'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hirsch overall and would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area. The front of the building reminds me of something out of a Wes Anderson film, and the inside is equally cute and comfortable with an updated, yet traditional Bavarian feel. This hotel was hard to find. Located in the center of the city (photo looks like a different location). Google maps took us to another location. Go through their website to get directions! Staff here is GREAT!!! Friendly, helpful, and just nice people. Room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the city Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 5 minutes by foot to the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent. So many things are well considered and taken care of by the hotel staff, e.g. in the morning our car was cleaning from snow falling through the night. Our room was spacy and recently renovated.

Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. The location of this property makes it easy to walk around town to visit the many shops and restaurants. Though the room was small, it was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. Great hotel...great location....friendly and helpful staff for the most part. There was one guy who clearly had an issue with Americans....gave him a 20% Euro tip (which is way more then Europeans leave) and he was still a %^$*&. Great area to bike, hike and relax at the Thermal Pool within walking distance of the hotel and sits in the valley of the Austrian Alps. Soooo beautiful.
