"What a wonderful and interesting place to stay! I almost couldn’t leave and explore as there’s so much to see within the premises. My particular room would not be many people’s choice of decor but it was such a talking point and did not deter from the comfort. This hotel could never be called boring and the restaurant was incredible with absolutely fabulous food. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and warm. "Hot rooms with no way to cool. Opening window let in lots of street noise. Drapes were thin and translucent, did not darken the room. Shower mount was broken. "

"1. I waited 15 minutes because no one was at property when I arrived at 14:00. Neighbors helped locate owners. 2. Room temperature was cold initially but electric heater was brought to room. This helped. Only 1 towel was in room but more brought with request. 3. NO door on the shower which meant the ENTIRE bathroom floor was wet when the shower was used. The water would drain toward the bedroom."

"Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...

"It was a cute little hotel! The room was clean and we had plenty of space. The wifi was a little iffy at times, but overall it worked fairly well. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. The man who ran the hotel had spots set up for each of the guests when we came downstairs for breakfast.
