"This isn't a review, rather a comment. I think it'd be helpful if there were more luggage trolleys available. At check out time I asked for one to be brought to our room and after 15 mins gave up waiting. I was told later,at reception, that the one trolley that could have been available was already in use. I wondered why there was only one. I admit such trolleys are bulky. Overall our stay was good. "

"For a reasonably priced hotel in acentral location it is excellent. The staff are friendly and do everything in their power to assist. I feel this is a real find and one i will certainly use again "

"Bay Plaza Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket directly across the road. Te Papa museum very close by. Shops, restaurants and entertainment close walking distance. Hotel bed was comfortable. Small fridge, kettle and beverages only. Some cutlery and a couple of plates would be helpful. Onsite restaurant available. Bathroom could do with an extractor fan. Staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Parking was easy. ($20 per day May 2024). I would happily book...

"The property had no elevator as I couldn’t lift my bags up or down the stairs. The room had no cutlery or plates. And you could hear your neighbours. BUT the staff were absolutely amazing!! So friendly and helpful. They made up for my not so good review. "

"Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. "

"The Quest Atrium is in a prime position in Wellington, yet it was difficult to find a place to stop in front of the building. There is plenty of parking behind the Hotel if you need to check in. The room was large enough, but had too much furniture in it especially since the air conditioning unit is on the floor in front of the balcony. It was very quiet , because the room was facing the inner courtyard . I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff !! "
