The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. "Pretty modern apartment. We missed hairdryer, one lock was partially broken (doors that was not needed to lock anyway). As per guide there was supposed to be a coffee machine which we did not find. Some kids were running in apartment above us all the time, but it was quite ok. But those are only minor things. In general very nice location, modern equipment, very nice view from apartment. "

"Zvláštní hotel. Klíče si vyzvednete v pizzerii, jelikož nemají recepci. Servis tedy žádný, člověk musí být po příjezdu investigativní, aby se dostal vůbec na svůj pokoj (nepřišlo žádné info mailem atd). Klíče od vchodových dveří domu pasují i do zámku k pokoji, což nás nemile překvapilo. Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný, jen sprcha moc neteče a věšák na ručníky ze zdi mi zůstal v ruce. Záchod trochu zrezlý. Výhodou nulového servisu bylo, že nás nikdo neobtěžoval dotazy (ani nás v poslední den...

"Pozitiva: Příjemný hotel v krásné přírodě, prostorný pokoj s terasou, ocenili jsme parkování v podzemní garáži. Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "
