「黄金寺院まで徒歩圏内。室内の設備も行き届いている。冷蔵庫がないのがマイナスポイント。また、朝食もビュッフェスタイルとあったのだが、オーダー式だった。」

「Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL. Last but not the least, the reception guy was...

「Poor staff, dirty, no facilities, no dining, very small and cramped up rooms, not accessible, no hot water availability, no ambient lights, no windows. Overall a very poor experience. Not worth the cost i paid.」

「Our stay at Heaven View was comfortable. We were checked in early and the staff was very helpful with with all our questions. They assisted us with getting rickshaws, tickets , storing our luggage and made our stay very comfortable and our trip to Amritsar memorable. The hotel is a short walk to the golden temple. Highly recommend Heaven View!」
