"I booked this hotel because of its traditional room with private bathroom. When I checked in at the hotel last week, I couldn't find any private bathroom inside the room. Then I came to the reception for asking whether I can change the room, the staff stated that all of the rooms are full...I am really disappointed and I showed the expedia booking to her, which stated clearly "Traditional room with private bathroom"!!!
