「The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt .」

「Nicely located near the Ouzoud waterfall. Beautiful property. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had a balcony view of the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast were good as well.」

「The room is quite cold and musky. The shower sprays water everywhere and it’s directly above the restaurant which is open until at least two or 3 AM so it’s incredibly loud. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.」

「I had a lovely stay here while travelling by motorcycle across Morocco. The host was really friendly and food was great too. It was cold while I was there in February but my room had heating so was warm plus the restaurant and main seating area was kept warm with a large wood burning stove too.」

「Not sure how this hotel is rated as a 3-star. Our room had no heat and when we spoke to the owner, he brought a small propane space heater to the room. Not only did it not heat the room, but the danger of a propane heater in an enclosed space is obvious. The bed was a boxspring with a thin pad. We could feel ever spring as we tried to sleep.
