「インドのホテルは、４つ星でもタオルがあまり綺麗では無いのでせめて顔ふくタオルは、持参すること。トイレットペーパーもまきが少ないので用意した方が良いかも。５つ星の場合は大丈夫です」

「The hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests」

「I booked for 4 pax but when I called to inform that guests will be late, the reservations staff insisted that only 3 rooms were booked, I called three times. I had to ask hotels.com to call the hotel about my booking. That is a bad service to think that it was late in the night when my guests were supposed to arrive. 」

「Location is not great. Cable TV - you have to remind them for renewal, Break fast was good. Cleanliness was excellent. Will try one more time stay before giving negative rating.」

「Short stay booked to attend a wedding function as location is ideal if travelling around. We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasn’t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks). 」
